In 2026, after more than twenty years in the business, we made the decision to start our own company—so we could better serve our clients without limits. By building our own firm, we’re able to tailor every aspect of the buying and selling process, offer more flexibility, and provide thoughtful guidance across all facets of New York real estate. Our goal remains the same: make the experience seamless, strategic, and genuinely centered around our clients—so you can feel confident and at home in New York.

Meet Eileen

Eileen is a first-generation Taiwanese American who understands what it feels like to start over in a new place. After moving from Taiwan to New York with her family in 1990, she attended English as a Second Language (ESL) classes while adjusting to a new culture, language, and way of life. Those experiences shaped who she is today and gave her a genuine appreciation for people from all backgrounds. Many of the friendships she made during that time are still an important part of her life.

The first time Eileen saw the New York City skyline, she knew this was where she wanted to build her future. As someone who has personally navigated the challenges of adapting to a new country, she understands the questions, concerns, and emotions that often come with a major move.

Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, Eileen is able to communicate with Chinese buyers and sellers in a way that goes beyond language. She understands the cultural differences, expectations, and perspectives that can make buying or selling a home in New York feel overwhelming. Having lived both experiences herself, she enjoys helping clients bridge that gap and feel confident every step of the way.

For Eileen, real estate is about more than buying and selling homes. It’s about helping people feel understood, making the process less intimidating, and giving her clients the guidance she once appreciated herself.

Meet Morgan

Morgan was born and raised in Seattle, Washington, and earned his degree in Economics from the University of Washington. He’s always been curious about what makes neighborhoods grow and why some homes hold their value better than others.

Before becoming a real estate agent, Morgan worked as a consultant for a local real estate developer, helping homeowners turn their ideas into reality. That experience gave him a firsthand understanding of home design, construction, renovations, and the many factors that influence a property’s value.

Today, Morgan brings that same analytical mindset to every client he works with. He enjoys researching market trends, studying comparable sales, and helping buyers and sellers make informed decisions based on real data—not guesswork. Known for his calm, thoughtful approach, Morgan takes the time to answer questions, explain the details, and make sure his clients feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process.
